Greetings to all! My name is Jonathan Schulz, and I moderate this forum as well as managing the site. I am an LCMS Lutheran, and I hold the Word of God as revealed to us in the holy scriptures to be the ultimate authority. As I enjoy paraphrasing Martin Luther:
"My conscience is captive to the word of God, and to go against conscience is neither right nor safe. Here I stand, God help me, Amen."
Finally, as Christ Himself says in John chapter 8:
"If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Jonathan Schulz is a creation v. evolution debate enthusiast who very much enjoys gracious dialogue on the science, philosophy, and (especially) theology of this fascinating issue.
